Beer Containers

We offer three methods of storing your beer: plastic bottle, glass bottles, and aluminum cans. Each method has its own advantages

Plastic Bottles:
multi-use, require cleaning, available in both 500ml and 1 liter sizes (price $0.50 each)

Glass Bottles:
multi-use, require cleaning, somewhat tricky to fill (price $0.60 each)

Aluminum Cans:
single use, no cleaning required, easy to fill (price $0.21 each)

Note: Our cans are 100% aluminum. Although they cannot be returned to the Liquor Store for a refund, they can be recycled. Encorp recyclying pays $0.08 per can, to locate a recycling depot please link to www.encorp.ca

Many charities will accept these cans. Or, you can bring them back to Marpole Brewcastle -- we have charities that will pick up the cans. The plastic straps can be reused or recycled.

Canning Beer is SIMPLE:

Just fill the can with your beer ... it's as easy as pouring a glass of draft. Drop the top on the can ...

place it in the sealing machine ... push the button and that's it!

Adding a plastic strap is easy too! Just line up the cans, add the strap and you've got a 6-pack!
