Our 16-litre Cru Select Gold and Platinum wine kits are made to exacting standards—with pure varietal grape juice in addition to European and Australian grape concentrates (no sugar is added or required)! Many of our wine kits include toasted oak chips, to impart rich, succulent shades of oak and smokey vanilla. The result is superb wine you will be delighted to share with friends and family.

WHITE WINES
Cru Select Platinum
Australian Chardonnay Clean, crisp and rich in varietal character, fruit flavours abound. It’s golden-hued and slightly tart while flavours of vanilla, cloves and butterscotch tantalize the palate.
Australian Muscat TInhale the intoxicating aromas of orange peel, raisin and toffee. Experience the tropical fruitcake sensation that finishes concentrated and complex.
Australian Sauvignon Blanc Overtones of grapefruit and lime make this wine very crisp and refreshing. The texture is smooth and creates a long, lingering finish
New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc Crisp, light, with intense flavours of grapefruit peel and freshly cut grass and an accent of light oak on the finish. The wine presents soft hues, with a slight tinge of green.
Reisling Traminer
Two famous German wines blended into one kit! The fresh, crisp Riesling combined with the exotic spiciness of Gewürztraminer makes a round and well-balanced wine.
Riesling-Traminer is a dry, full wine with aromas of peach, apricot and nutmeg.
Cru Select Gold
Chamblaise A blend of Chardonnay and Semillon, this full-flavoured wine is smooth, clean and well balanced. Oaking is not required, but will enhance if aging.
Chardonnay This queen of white wines is very dry and tart, reminiscent of green apples. Gracefully full-bodied, aging will truly enhance this wonderful wine.
Gewurztraminer Soft and brilliant in the glass, the bouquet shows lychee fruit, cloves and rose petals. The natural acidity teases the palate with a soft spiciness.
Italian Style Verdicchio Light in colour, with a bouquet of ripe apricots and a clean lemony taste and a hint of almonds, Verdicchio is the perfect match for most foods.
Johannisberg Riesling Fruity yet floral, this German-style wine has a clean, tart flavour. Although light in colour, it boasts a full-bodied texture.
Late Harvest Riesling This pale-coloured wine is intense in weight and character with strong perfumed aromas and flavours of honey, apricots and citrus.
Piesporter (Auslese Style) Piesporter exhibits a flowery bouquet of ripe fruit. A medium-bodied, off-dry wine that shows traces of melon, guava and peach.
Pinot Grigio
With the recent rise in popularity of Pinot Grigio, we are proud to introduce this light, crisp, dry wine into our Cru Select Gold line. Pinot Grigio is a medium-bodied, lighter colored wine with delicate floral notes. Crisp and flavorful, it has characteristic tropical fruit aromas and hints of green apple, melon and citrus. The finish is soft and fruity, yet assertive and dry. Pinot Grigio is a refreshing alternative to the intense oak of many Chardonnays. Ideal when young, Pinot Grigio is a perfect accompaniment to fish and seafood, as well as pasta with cream sauces.
Sauvignon Blanc Delicately light in colour, the bouquet of this wine captures the essence of green grass in springtime with a dash of bell pepper. A montage of flavours astonishes the palate: gooseberries, tropical fruit, and asparagus.
   
RED WINES
Cru Select Platinum
Amarone Unique to the Valpolicella region of Italy, our Amarone is packed with rich raspberry, blackberry and cassis flavours. Deep, dark and inviting, the finish is long, lingering and full of ripe tannins.
Australian Cabernet Sauvignon Australian Cabernets are typically softer and fruitier. This wine shows complex varietal fruit flavours including cherry and blackberry. Ours is smooth, without the harsh tannin that can accompany this variety.
Australian Mataro Nuances of blackberries and currants appear in the bouquet, followed by ripe fruit filling your mouth with wonderful flavours
Australian Shiraz The wine is deep and dark in colour with a rich bouquet of fruit and a hint of cassis. It ages gracefully into a velvety wine of pure elegance.
L’Collage
L’Collage is a collection of the finest red varietals: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet franc. Dark, intense, and brilliant ruby red in colour, this blend shows a nose rich in cassis and spice. On the palate the spice is enhanced by flavours of vanilla.
Cru Select Gold
Barolo
Deep in colour and high in tannin, this wine is tops in its class when it comes to being full-bodied and robust. Oaking is recommended.
Bergamais A fresh young wine, best consumed in its youth. Pale violet shimmers in the glass while cherries and plums fill the nose.
Cabernet Merlot Multi-dimensional berry flavours are evident in the bouquet while you will taste blackberry, cherry and soft spices. The addition of Merlot allows the wine to finish soft and rich.
Cabernet Sauvignon This full-bodied red is dark in colour and aggressive in nature. A hint of violet is present in the bouquet, typical of this variety. It’s superbly enhanced by oaking, and does well with age.
Cabernet Shiraz A deep red wine with a classic blackcurrant flavour and a unique spicy overtone. It successfully combines the structure of the noble Cabernet Sauvignon and the texture of the Shiraz.
Domaine des Brumes A bouquet of flinty cherries is softened by an underlay of vanilla. Flavours of raspberry, cherry and sweet oak tannins appear on the tongue.
Italian Style Sangiovese If you like the subtlety of Merlot, you will love Sangiovese. An abundance of cherry and raspberry flavours fill the mouth. The finish is clean and pleasant, yet slightly sweet as a result of the tannin and wood sugars.
Merlot Youthful by nature, this medium-bodied wine shows blackcurrant and mulberry aromas in the glass. Flavours of chocolate and coffee fill the mouth and give way to a finish of smooth silky tannins.
Pinot Noir Low in tannin, this rich red wine is dark in colour, heavy in flavour, yet with a soft texture. Light oaking is recommended.
Vieux Chateau du Roi A complex blend of grapes is used to create this rich, tannic wine. Definitely a wine you’ll want to oak.
   
BLUSH WINES
White Zinfandel The beautiful salmon-coloured hue enhances its aromas of recently picked strawberries and watermelon. Clean and crisp with a prickle of acidity, this is the perfect summertime wine.
